Support Relay Testing Spreadsheets

Acceptance tests are normally performed when a relay is received, prior to in-service settings be­ing applied. Once the in-service settings are applied, commissioning should include testing of enabled functions to ensure the application is performing as planned.

The following spreadsheets were created in order to help perform Acceptance tests. Refer also to ERLPhase product manuals for detailed instruction.

The 87 element spreadsheets provide automatic calculation for the current values to be used during the differential protection function test, according to system parameters and setting values:



The 67 element spreadsheets provide graphical phasor representation of the electrical quantities, including positive sequence, according to system parameters and setting values.
